Solution 1- Verifying Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 are unchecked

  1. Make use of TLS 1.1 to confirm, unchecked use of TLS 1.2, and use TLS 1.0 in Internet Explorer options Windows.
  2. The first stair is to Open Internet Explorer.
  3. Next, Tap on the Tools in the Internet option.

  3. Then, hit “OK”.
  4. If the file is entered correctly, then you don’t receive any notification.
  5. But if you receive the notification, then try to register the file correctly.
  6. Clear the SSL State in the Internet Explorer.
  7. Hit for Internet Explorer.
  8. Click on “Tools”, go for “Content Tab”.
  9. Under the same, go for “Clear SSL Status”.
  10. Reopen your PC and then open QuickBooks Desktop and download “Tax table update”.
